Project Management


Bangladesh Election Commission is responsible for execution of the project. A project matrix created separately for it, the project is led by a National Project Director. There is a Project Implementation Committee (PIC) and a Project Steering Committee (PSC). PSC is the apex body, headed by the Honorable Chief Election Commissioner, to provide broad-based oversight and the policy guidelines and directions to the project. There are more than 60 project personnel in different positions.
